Skills that compound
Negotiation, sales, and deal analysis don't reset when you change jobs. Every conversation makes the next one easier.

You don't have to. Here you learn the business behind real estate — how land is found, valued, negotiated, and sold — by working real deals, not by buying a course about them. No degree. No license for most roles. No money of your own required.

Why Start Here
An hourly job pays you for your time and teaches you to wait for the next shift. This teaches you how value gets created — and that knowledge keeps paying long after you've moved on to whatever comes next.
Negotiation, sales, and deal analysis don't reset when you change jobs. Every conversation makes the next one easier.
You'll know which calls turned into offers and which offers turned into closings. Progress isn't a mystery decided in a review.
Land is where every development starts. You'll see how value is created before a single house goes up.
No degree, no license for most roles, no course to buy. The job is the training.
What You'll Learn
Every parcel we buy moves through the same sequence, and you'll learn every link in it. Some people come in wanting to run their own deals one day. Some want a long career inside a growing company. Both start with the same fundamentals:
Straight Talk
We'd rather be honest now than waste your time later. Read both columns and be real with yourself.
Roles
Tell us which role interests you when you apply. Every one of them teaches a different piece of the business.
The front line. You start conversations with landowners and find out who's ready to sell. A strong place to begin if you're new.
Research parcels, qualify opportunities, and work toward making offers on land worth buying.
Learn exactly what builders need, and put the right parcels in front of the right buyers.
Keep every deal organised and moving, from signed contract all the way to closing day.
Get the phone ringing. Campaigns, content, and outreach that bring landowners to us.
Choose “Something else” on the application and tell us what you're good at. We'll help you figure out where you fit.

Two minutes, right on this page. Tell us who you are.
A real conversation about your goals, the role, and exactly how pay works.
Get up to speed on how we find, value, negotiate, and close on land.
Take on more responsibility as you prove yourself. That part is up to you.
Your background matters less than your follow-through.
Questions
No. Most of what you need is learned on the job. What we can't teach is drive, reliability, and being comfortable with people — bring those and we'll handle the rest.
Not for most roles. We're a land acquisition company, not a brokerage, so the majority of the work doesn't require one. If a role ever does, we'll tell you upfront.
Be real. Tell us what you've done — jobs, sports, side hustles, anything where you had to work at something — and why this interests you. A few honest sentences beat a polished résumé.
It depends on the role and on your results, and we won't throw out numbers just to hype you up. In your first conversation we'll lay out exactly how pay works for your role — before you commit to anything.
No. Anyone promising easy money in real estate is usually selling you something. This is real work that builds real skills. The money follows the skills, not the other way around.
We read every application and reach out when there's a fit. If the right role isn't open yet, we keep your details on file and contact you when it is.
Apply
Two minutes. No résumé required. The people who do best here are usually the ones who stop thinking about it and just apply.
