Most people learn how money works too late.

You don't have to. Here you learn the business behind real estate — how land is found, valued, negotiated, and sold — by working real deals, not by buying a course about them. No degree. No license for most roles. No money of your own required.

Hungry, coachable, and not afraid of the phone? Keep reading.

Why Start Here

A better first move than the usual first job.

An hourly job pays you for your time and teaches you to wait for the next shift. This teaches you how value gets created — and that knowledge keeps paying long after you've moved on to whatever comes next.

Skills that compound

Negotiation, sales, and deal analysis don't reset when you change jobs. Every conversation makes the next one easier.

Results you can point to

You'll know which calls turned into offers and which offers turned into closings. Progress isn't a mystery decided in a review.

Real estate from the inside

Land is where every development starts. You'll see how value is created before a single house goes up.

No debt to get in

No degree, no license for most roles, no course to buy. The job is the training.

What You'll Learn

The skills behind every land deal.

Every parcel we buy moves through the same sequence, and you'll learn every link in it. Some people come in wanting to run their own deals one day. Some want a long career inside a growing company. Both start with the same fundamentals:

  • Finding opportunity. Reading ownership records and parcel data to spot land that could be for sale.
  • Starting the conversation. Reaching out to owners professionally and earning trust with people who've never heard of you.
  • Valuing land. Running comparable sales and understanding what zoning, access, and utilities do to price.
  • Negotiating. Making offers, handling objections, and structuring a deal both sides can live with.
  • Closing. Working with title companies to get from a signed contract to a recorded deed.
  • Matching to builders. Understanding what builders need, so every parcel lands with the right buyer.

Straight Talk

This isn't for everyone. That's the point.

We'd rather be honest now than waste your time later. Read both columns and be real with yourself.

You'll do well here if you…

  • would rather be judged on results than on hours logged
  • can hear “no” twenty times and still make the twenty-first call
  • want to understand how money actually works, not just how to spend it
  • show up when you said you would, and follow through without a reminder
  • take feedback and use it the same day

It's probably not for you if you…

  • want something you can coast through
  • are looking for a get-rich-quick scheme — this isn't one
  • need someone else to supply your motivation
  • avoid talking to people you don't already know

Roles

How It Works

From application to your first deal.

  1. Apply

Two minutes, right on this page. Tell us who you are.

  2. Talk with us

A real conversation about your goals, the role, and exactly how pay works.

  3. Learn the ropes

Get up to speed on how we find, value, negotiate, and close on land.

  4. Grow

Take on more responsibility as you prove yourself. That part is up to you.

Your background matters less than your follow-through.

Questions

What people ask before applying.

Getting started

Do I need experience?

No. Most of what you need is learned on the job. What we can't teach is drive, reliability, and being comfortable with people — bring those and we'll handle the rest.

Do I need a real estate license?

Not for most roles. We're a land acquisition company, not a brokerage, so the majority of the work doesn't require one. If a role ever does, we'll tell you upfront.

What should I put in my application?

Be real. Tell us what you've done — jobs, sports, side hustles, anything where you had to work at something — and why this interests you. A few honest sentences beat a polished résumé.

Money & the work

How much can I make?

It depends on the role and on your results, and we won't throw out numbers just to hype you up. In your first conversation we'll lay out exactly how pay works for your role — before you commit to anything.

Is this a get-rich-quick thing?

No. Anyone promising easy money in real estate is usually selling you something. This is real work that builds real skills. The money follows the skills, not the other way around.

What happens after I apply?

We read every application and reach out when there's a fit. If the right role isn't open yet, we keep your details on file and contact you when it is.

Apply

Ready? Tell us who you are.

Two minutes. No résumé required. The people who do best here are usually the ones who stop thinking about it and just apply.

  • We read every application
  • No experience required for most roles
  • You'll hear exactly how pay works before you commit
